1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, joining a competition, or otherwise using Boxside Comp (the “Service”), operated by Daxta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Boxside Comp, operated by Daxta, lets users create, join, and manage fitness competitions, submit scores, and view leaderboards. Features and functionality may change or be added or removed over time.

A competition can be public or private. A public competition’s leaderboard is readable by anyone, with no account and no sign-in: what is published is the display name you chose, plus your division, ranks, points, and per-event results. The lawful basis and the full list of published fields are set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit falsified or fraudulent scores or results
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Competition Content

Competition owners are responsible for the rules, scoring criteria, and content of the competitions they create. Boxside Comp, operated by Daxta, does not verify the accuracy of competition results and is not a party to any competition, prize, or agreement between users.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxside Comp, operated by Daxta, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Service is operated by Daxta, which is also the data controller for the personal data described in the Privacy Policy. Questions about a specific competition can be directed to that competition’s organiser. Questions about these Terms themselves, and any request about your personal data or removal from a public surface, should go to Daxta at info@daxta.co.uk.
